Printing on Linenset

• Use a highly compressible blanket with heavy pressure. Suggest Dayco 3000 4-ply blanket.
• UV or conventional oxidizing inks (Hi Solids). Suggest Kohl & Madden S/F Plastic ink LS series 583KR (LS602, LS101, LS203, LS404)
• Fountain solution of isopropyl alcohol substitute of approximately 5%
• DPI 130-150
• Do not suggest using offset powder on anything that is going to UV coat so it's important to break the finished stack down to smaller stacks. Stack size is depending on the amount of ink coverage (more ink coverage smaller stack). If powder is used make sure it is cleaned off before coating. Dry at a temperature of 90° with a humidity level around 35% for 48 to 72 hours before coating.
