Supported Expanded Vinyl
Gane offers a wide selection of supported expanded vinyl products. Each material features a unique leather-like finish, ranging from the deep embossing of Buffalo to the understated, glossy texture of Castilian. Embossing options include buffalo, castilian, saddle calf and tiffany.

Expanded PVC vinyl on a woven or non-woven backing
- Decoration
Hot stamping, silk screening, die-electrically embossing or debossing
- Manufacturing
Turning and gluing, cutting and sewing, sealing and cutting
- Roll size
54" wide, 50 yard rolls (except Tiffany finish, 40 yard rolls)

16 stock color/embossing combinations are available
