Yes! Paste

Yes! paste

Gane's Yes! Paste has been used the world over by
bookbinders, paper artists, and crafters for decades when a repositionable,
non-curling acid-free adhesive is needed.

What’s the best way to apply Yes! Paste?  More isn’t always better.  With Yes Paste, a little goes a long
way.  A bristle or foam brush works well
to apply this thick consistency product, but the trick is to apply thin EVEN
coats.  Many people have found that the
best way to do this is use an old credit card or gift card to scrape off excess
adhesive.  This squeegee action produces
an even coating, thus minimizing any adhesive build up under delicate material.

Because Yes! Paste is a low water, dextrin based paste, it
will not wrinkle or curl delicate or lightweight materials.  It has a slow set time, allowing
repositioning for several minutes.  And
because it is water based, clean up is a breeze with warm water.  Yes! Paste sticks to paper, glass, metal,
leather and wood.  Professionals and
hobbyists alike use Yes! Paste for:

  • Bookbinding
